This website and cookbook series is called 'Vegie Smugglers' and was suggested to me by a friend
when we were talking about how to encourage and feed our kids healthy food and still make it
interesting and exciting. I think this is a great resource, practical and diverse - as it accepts there has
to be convenient, appealing choices and even the home made treats.

There are weekly meal planners to help and to get kids involved there is a lunch box challenge -
where they try new tastes and meals. It also seems very affordable and you can buy online.
Thought some parents would find this pretty exciting.
